Context
The Axure-based workflow lacked consistency, version control, and scalability. I initiated the move to a Figma-based design system.
My Role
I led the end-to-end process, including:
- Facilitating workshops
- Leading and coaching the team
- Managing backlog and sprint ceremonies
- Building components and tokens
- Writing guidelines and documentation
- Aligning UX, marketing, dev, and product
Process
- Identified pain points through team workshops
- Facilitated tool evaluation and selection
- Trained and onboarded designers in Figma
- Built a scalable component library, token system, and documentation website

Context
The UX team lacked a design process. I initiated the development of a process that aligns with the company culture.
My Role
I led the initiative from start to finish. Responsibilities included:
- Leading the team
- Promoting design thinking
- Designing and facilating workshops

- Managing the FigJam workspace

- Developed and introduced a design sprint model

What I learned

Context
The founder had an idea for a hiking app. I helped de-risk the product idea through a one-week design sprint.
Role
I partnered as a full-stack designer:

I joined Corsearch as the solo UX designer to help build two new legal-tech products from scratch.
